说到中国功夫，你脑海里是什么画面？少林？武当？还是李小龙？成龙？李连杰？不，中国功夫远不止这些。

When you think of Chinese Kung Fu, what comes to your mind? Shaolin? Wudang? Bruce Lee? Jackie Chan? Or Jet Li? No, Chinese Kung Fu is far more than that.

中国武术有129个流派，在湖南广为流传的巫家拳，位列于湖南四大名拳之首。巫家拳风格突出，体系完整，拳理明晰，技击性强，目前已被列入国家级非物质文化遗产保护名录。

Chinese martial arts consist of 129 distinct schools.Wujia Quan, widely practiced in Hunan, is considered the leading style among the province’s four major boxing systems.Wujia Quan is known for its distinctive techniques, comprehensive structure, clear principles, and strong practical effectiveness.It has now been recognized as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage.

巫家拳为巫必达定居湘潭期间所创立。其以内外兼修为纲，以摇篮力为功，以寒雀步、三叉步和六肘为基本内容，是集“练”“养”“打”于一体的拳法体系。

Founded by Wu Bida during his stay in Xiangtan，Wujia Quan emphasizes the development of both internal and external power, with “cradle force” as its core.Its fundamental techniques include the “winter sparrow step” “three-pronged step” and “six elbows”,forming an integrated system of “training”, “cultivation” and “combat”.

在湘潭开宗立派以来，巫家拳已传承八代，总计200余年。拳术套路有17种，器械套路有枪、棍、板凳、耙、单刀、锏。

For over 200 years since its establishment in Xiangtan, Wujia Quan has been passed down through eight generations.It includes 17 bare-handed routines, as well as weapon forms featuring the spear, staff, bench, rake, single broadsword, and mace.

巫家拳讲究勇跃为先、不忌生死、逢空而进、见隙必攻，体现了湘潭人吃得苦、霸得蛮、耐得烦的精神气质。习练时要求刚柔并济、内外兼修、意气双行，发力犹如风雨放炮之状。动如灵猫捕鼠，静如风摇叶止。

Wujia Quan emphasizes courage over caution, seizing openings and striking with purpose.It embodies the spirit of the Xiangtan people—enduring hardship, persevering with determination, and exercising patience.Practice requires balancing hardness and softness, cultivating internal and external strength, and unifying intention with energy.Power is delivered with the intensity of a storm or cannon fire.Movement is as agile as a cat catching its prey; stillness is like leaves settling in the wind.
